We’ve worked extensively to ensure that all Tailor Vintage apparel lives up to our high standards of excellence. If a product doesn’t meet your standards of quality, craftsmanship, or durability, we’ll refund or replace your garment with no questions asked.

To initiate a hassle-free, easy return or exchange:

Click the link below and have your order number and shipping zip code ready. Follow the instructions to choose a return or exchange, generate your prepaid return shipping label, and drop your package off at any U.S. Post Office.

Once your package is on the way and we can trace the tracking number, we’ll begin processing your request. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, and exchanges will ship from our warehouse once your return is en route and trackable.

All returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and have all original tags attached.
