For US exchanges and returns:
Exchanges are free for orders over $200. Exchanges shipping cost is comped. An exchange order will ship as soon as you drop it off at USPS. You can return for any reason. If you choose the gift card option we will issue a 15% bonus on your gift card once you drop off your package at USPS.
We’ve worked extensively to ensure that all Tailor Vintage apparel lives up to our high standards of excellence. If a product doesn’t perform to your standards of quality, craftsmanship, or durability, we’ll refund or replace your garment with no questions asked.
